Greetings Sylvia,

Firstly, make sure that the taskbar isn't "locked". To do so, right-click on an empty part
of the taskbar and verify that "Lock the Taskbar" isn't checked (if it is, click on it).
Secondly, click and drag an empty part of the taskbar down to the bottom of the screen (you
can also move it to the right and the left if you want to play around). Thirdly, you can
right-click again on an empty part of the Taskbar and lock it once more.
