error

When I signed in to the MSN or Windows Messenger and someone invited me to have a conversation or change pictures or use the webcam,my messenger is need to close the program.I've got the error message,but what to do with it?The e-mail message send and receive is working properly.It started 2 days ago.If anyone can help me thank you! I was uninstalled once and back it was not helped. Thanks
