Hi Andrew,
This is actually poor advice, because after you delete this key, you're going to start
getting errors in your Event Log.
Instead, as a quicker and better solution (which doesn't entail deleting registry keys), you
could just import this one:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/stopmessenger_oe.reg
However, Windows isn't going to have a horrible death or anything because this key no longer
exists, so it's really not that critical; I'm simply pointing this out for reference
purposes.
