Send button is not working

Hi!

I am receiving mails through my hotmail address but I can
not send mails. When I press send button nothing is
happening.

When I use the same address using another computer, it is
possible to both read and send mails.

It seems this is a problem on my PC rather than on
hotmail account.

Any idea on what might be the problem?
