XP Pro - admin rights - when I try to sign in to Windows
Messenger, get the message "Signing in to .NET Messenger
Service failed because the service could not be found.
Please make sure that you are connected to the Internet".
But I can run IE and access any site I want - no
problems! - so I am already connected to the Internet.
