Remote Assistance

    I can no longer use my REMOTE ASSISTANCE. It was working
    prior to me getting WIRELESS from RoadRunner and now it
    wont allow me to connect to other computers due to
    something called "VPN". I need some advice on how to fix
    it without giving Microsoft thousands of dollars for
    support. REMOTE ASSISTANCE .Others can view and assist
    me, but I can NO LONGER connect to their
    computers........HELP NOW!!!!!!! PLEASE
