Hi Kim,

It's been gone from MSN Messenger for awhile, I think at the last Windows Messenger 4.x
upgrade, it might have still been operating (hence why it's still there).

Unfortunately no, there is no way current to locate someone just inside Windows Messenger on
the public .NET Messenger network currently.
