cannot find server or DNS error

Jonathan, Whenever I try to login at Hotmail.com or
Password.com I get this error.I have done everything you
suggested to others. (set clock, uninstall firewall, clear
cache and cookies, check IE security settings,
run "regsvr32 softpub.dll") When I try to do anything on
the Members Services Passport page (change password,
change email, forgot my password, etc.), I get the same
error page. Net status says " all systems are stable and
running". I am running a fully updated version of XP home.
Any ideas? thanks,bill
