Privacy/shared computer

I'm wishing to not have my 'private' hotmail account part of a pull down menu of window's messenger. I've tried the typical accounts/preferences, even finding and activating 'clear forms/don't save passwords et al'

I've not used XP messenger before, only MSN, and I never had a problem keeping a private mail, private. UGH!
