Wow... This is a problem(not really heh) that I didn't realize I also
had. I've gone the BRUTE force method and used
http://www.xmlsp.com/pview/prcview.htm Process viewer(FREE!) to let me
know where things are and just deleted them. I've since rebooted and
checked with friends... all seems to be working well

(I've kept the files in a Zip folder just in case and am waiting to see
all's still working well)
