XP-MSN6.1-Norton firewall 2002 and Norton Antivirus 2003.

My friend can not ask to start a voice mail conversation.
When I call we can speak.
He already disabled MSN in the Antivirus and in his
firewall MSN messenger is put on "admit".

Whar can we do to fix the problem.

PS He is working also with a network on his two computers.
Can that give a problem?
