msn messenger ok in lan but doesn´t access wan.....???

SCENARIO: 2 winme & 4 xpsp1 sharing IC through an xpsp1 with 2 NIC and a 3Com switch. ADSL dyn IP 256k.
MSN voice comm. works fine within the lan but when you go to the wan you can only use text chat ***and video*** but no voice.
I`ve got the same problem using 2003 server instead of the XP for IC
Anybody accepting this challenge?????
