Messenger doesn't use H.323 (I assume what you were referring to). Messenger requires the
router to support Universal Plug and Play (UPnP). Without it, there's very few scenarios
where it will work. Depending on what router it is, there may be a firmware update to allow
it to support UPnP -- what router is it?
