Windows Messenger 5.0 and SIP

I encountered problems with SIP access: It don't ask me for username and
password but try to access directly, and it say me the service is not
available also if it SIP server is up.
I set the values required in Optins->Account for SIP connection by inserting
The 'Access Name' and, in menu 'Advanced', I set the 'Configure Settings'
data giving the server IP and TCP transport .
