Problem Using Camcorder as Webcam

I have my camcorder connected to my computer via FireWire
(IEEE 1394), and I was using Windows Messenger to have a
video conference. Now, Windows Messenger does not
recognize my camera as a webcam, and I cannot send
video. I want to get back to the "Camera Wizard" that
came up when I started a video conversation for the first
time. Does anyone know how to bring up this wizard?
