Greetings Daniel,
That error basically means your password is incorrect. Assuming you've already gone through
the 6.2 Connectivity Troubleshooter, try the following:
1. Click Start, then Run, and enter the following:
regsvr32 softpub.dll
then click OK
2. Change your password @ http://memberservicesnet.passport.com/memberservice.srf to a
password less then 16 characters, and then try signing in again
