Hello there. I have a few questions here that i need some
help on. I downloaded and installed msn messenger 6.1 and
now for the past two weeks it won't let me sign into it.
it says i don't have the adminisrtators permission that i
have to sign onto the cpu as the local administrator . i
am the only one that uses my cpu no one else does. I went
to the website smileycentral.com and it wouldn't let me
download and install that either now. I don't want to
have to redo my cpu again so could you please help me out
here on how to get this problem fixed and what i can do
so that i can use my cpu to it's full compacity again.
