To begin with, I have uninstalled Windows Messenger if that has to do
with whiteboard not working at all in MSN Messenger 6.1. I did
however, reinstall windows messenger but the Whiteboard still doesn't
work in MSN Messenger. If a friend tries to initiate a whiteboard
with me i get this message.

The invitation from **FRIEND** to start Whiteboard was declined. The
program is disabled or is not installed on your computer.

Fair enough. So hence I reinstalled windows messenger but I still get
that message. If I try to start a whiteboard, when I click on the
option in the menu nothing happens. Same with share an application.

What do I need to do to get whiteboard rolling again?
