.NET Messenger Service ERROR :(

I started up msn after a normal reboot and it wont load up
anymore. i keep getting the message; We are unable to sign
you in to .NET Messenger Service, possibly because of a
problem with the service or with your internet connection.
please make sure you are connect to the internet. 0x81000301

I have no idea what to do. I dont have any program
blocking msn, it was working fine in the begining of the
day now its dead. I also tried uninstalling reinstalling
as admin nothing seems to work. Plese help. Post or drop
