Greetings Oliver,

You certainly can -- just plug the USB mic in and go through the Audio Tuning Wizard (open up
the main Messenger window, and click the Tools menu)

One thing to take note of -- if you unplug it and then reconnect, you'll have to go through
the wizard again.
