Messenger signing in automaticlly

Hello All

I have asked this question before but lost the solution,
so my aplogies.
How do I stop messenger from signing in automaticly.
The option is unchecked in the programme itself, but I
remember there being a section/place in xp pro that needs
to be set or unset/checked.
