Both the 98 and XP at your end you mean ? I would uninstall ZA ( at least to
test ) to so if it is the cause of your problem,

Nor can I unless it is a ZA issue? Is the XP firewall disabled?

No.

No -- the use of an ILS server doesn't come into play here anyway as the
calls are using the IP calling method.

There is no NetMeeting 3.02 and no downloadable NetMeeting will install and
run on XP.
