ILS Server and Windows 2003 SErver?

I am using netmmeting and ILs (internet locator server) on my nt network so users can chat. Netmeeting on ntworkstation and ILS server on NT server 4.0 which is part of IIS. We are now upgrading to Windows 2003 sErver and XP workstations. How can I provide this same functionality with 2003 server and xp workstations. 2003 does not have ILs anymore?
