i cnt sign in2 msn

i cant sign in2 msn + wen i try it says "we were unable to sign you in to .NET messenger service possibly because of a problem with the service or with your internet connection. please make sure you are connected to the internet. 0x81000301. click the help button to check the current service status." and i know my internet connection is working. please can u help. i cnt live without msn. its my life
