One more time Jonathan-

Okay - I did everything as you said, and the icon is back when I opened OE
again. When I click on Exit - it still tells me OE needs it to run. It is
okay to stay there as long as I don't get that notice to upgrade - but
should I do something else? I deleted it from User Accounts, unchecked Run
when Windows starts, closed OE, downloaded the reg file, but it is still
there! Maybe restart??

Any ideas?
