Remote Assistance

I am trying to connect with my parents computer through Remote Assistance using MSN 6.1. We are both using XP and are both behind the Netgear router RP614. UPnP is enabled on both. It has worked fairly consistently, but of late I keep getting the message listed below. Any one have any thoughts on what the problem could be?

This is the message I keep getting. I have tried several times to no avail, each time I get this message.

Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote host name could not be resolved. Please try again.
