"Video Capture" cards are usually termed as "TV capture" cards,meaning
that the pc can record video from the tv or vcr,etc.Those cards one should
install its drivers only,then for software use microsoft encoder 9
series,plus
its add-ons...The encoder captures & convers audio/video,plus other features.
