You can relieve your immediate issue by unchecking the broken link to
Yahoo! using MSCONFIG,
but will not fix your problem - it only makes the mesage go away, so
that would be a waste of time
at the moment.

Your system will still be broken but fixing it is easier after the
following:

Reduce the chances of malicious software by running some scans.

Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware
detection programs:

Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/

These can be uninstalled later if desired.

Minimize qustions, guessing and trying things by supplying more
information:

Click Start, Run and in the box enter:

msinfo32

Click OK, and when the System Summary info appears, click Edit, Select
All, Copy and then paste
back here.

There would be some personal information (like System Name and User
Name) or whatever appears to
be only your business that you can delete from the paste.

Yes - I can imagine that your computer is slow, but it can be made
faster. Not by guessing or trying things to see if they might help,
but instead by finding specific causes and addressing them.
