My daughter had Windows XP, Norton and Spy Sweeper. She was on face book,
playing poker. I was on my computer, also on Facebook playing poker with her.
She got a Big Blue Screen, with Red Writing- Warning your computer has been
infected. System Security come up and runs a scan, and detects many
problems. Then it prompts you to activate your antivires software. For 50.00
I can download theirs. WHY? I cant run anything on her computer with out
the error box stating that the filename.exe is infected. I can run in safe
mode. Ran both Norton and Spy Sweeper and they found nothing. What do i
need to do?
