No problem. The Guest account, like it's called, is used in the event that
somebody wants to use the computer but you or the admin does not want to
create an account because the person may only log on one or twice. The
problem with the Guest account is that hackers use that account to hack the
admin account, and that can spell super trouble.

Oh, ok, I will do that. (thanks to both Leonard & Brent)
What is the guest account for ? What issue would cause
it not to open ?

Create a Limited account for your self. Turn off the Guest account. Guest
was not designed for regular day-to-day computing.

Hello I decided to surf using my guest account that
has less permissions than my administrator acct.
I did not have to create another account since the guest
account was already there from a full recovery CD.
It was originally turned off but I turned it ON in the
control panel User Accts.
Anyhow when I Log Off and Switch Users it shows the Guest
acct and Admin acct. but when I click on Guest my machine hangs
on a blank screen forever and I have to turn it off and back on
which then it boots to my admin acct as normal. In other words
I cannot get to my guest acct.
I do have TweakUI installed and when I check it under
Logon it shows my admin acct but not the guest acct.
And when I check Logon->Autologon it shows the (Log
on automatically at startup) Unchecked and my admin.
acct name is listed but grayed out.
Appreciate any directions of thought or fixes.
