Re: PC Problem

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hello,

Check the Task Manager > Processes tab for processes that are taking up CPU
or a lot of memory. (hint: you can click on the column heading to sort)

How much free memory does Task Manager show under Performance?

Have you tried defragging?

I attached what my settings look like, they look fine according to the
what you wanted for me to look. I also checked the secondary. To
answer the first guys question. I forgot to add in my original problem,
I ran all the Scans in Safe Mode. Also too add to the notes, it still
runs sluggish in safe mode. I also changed the background from white to
pink to see if that made a difference, but it didn't make a difference.
I can't say for sure what she was doing, but she told me she was doing
her normal stuff, which includes her daily e-mail, Word, Excel, and
Quickbooks. I asked if she went to any weird internet sites or
downloaded an attachment, and she told me no.
