WinXP Pro SP3 Audit Policies, Cannot Change

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

WinXP Pro SP3
Single-user, I am member of "Administrators"
This is my PC at home

Local Security Policy, Audit Policies

I find that I cannot change ANY audit setting. ALL selections are
grayed-out.

At work, there is no such issue. I can change all Audit Policies on
our desktops.

OK, any idea what is happening on my home PC?
