If RR refers to Road Runner I would go to their website and they
have tools you can use to determine speed and best settings for your
specific computer.

I have a computer that was given to me by my sister. When I got it it had a
lot of stuff on it i didn't need, so i deleted it. I put basic RR on it
and
it didn't seem to really go as fast as I thought it should so I put
standard
RR on it and it's still not going any faster. When I try to go from one
page
to another it takes awhile for it to change.....the system runs slow. I
hope
I explained this so someone could understand me. I'm not that into
computers
but am trying.
