I personally would like to consider throwing in the towel on Remote
Assistance but unfortunately it's currently the defacto on our corporate LAN.
It is unlikely it a router issue due to the intermittent issue across a
several machines.

hi!.
Thats not a good thing is it? Well heres what you can do:
1) If you are connected to a router, try adding a port fowarding rule to
that router or
2) Download another Remote Assistance program called TeamViewer.
http://www.teamviewer.com
I find it very helpful

Hi,
Remote Assistance invitations are terminating on acceptance on some users
PC's on our network. Our antivirus solution is Symantec Corporate and
firewalls are disabled. Any help greatly appreciated.
