What would cause my computer to sometimes reboot immediately after I do
a shutdown?
TIA
Is it a notebook or a desktop PC?
I haven't had that problem with desktops, but some older Compaq and Dell
(and probably other) notebooks would do that after a system update like
with a service pack. The solution was to reinstall the manufacturer's
power management software.
