Continuously Restarts While Booting

I've noticed other people having this problem but I still havent gotten
anything to work. My computer repeatedly restarts while booting and I
can't boot it in safe mode or with the last known configuration. The
BSOD message was:
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Tech info:
*STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x00000018, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xF70F425F)
* iastorxsys - Address F70F425 base at F70E50000, DateStamp 42b2df42
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
