My old computer failed because of a fried motherboard. I have a new
computer now (with Vista) and I wonder the best way to access the old hard
drive. Is there some way to transfer the contents of the drive without
installing it in another computer (which of course I don't have!) ? Thanks
for any help.
Buy a USB enclourse and install/Hook the HDD to the new machine (you need to
set it as slave first by using the jumper on the HDD) and try to access
whichever data you want to remove to the new computer.
