Strange Issue - Date goes to the future!

Hello everyone!
One of our users is experiencing a strange and intermittent problem. He
is running Windows XP Pro (SP3) in a Windows 2003 AD domain. In the
Windows System event log we are seeing the following entries. If you
notice you will see a date of 19/12/2008. We have checked his time zone
and it is correct. We cannot seem to understand what the log messages
are saying. He logs onto our domain without any issues. Could someone
please shed some light on what could be causing this?
