RE: UpdateMonitor.exe

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

It was helpful! Thank you!
But it didn't solve the problem... Rebooted and still have this prompt
in Header Update.Monitor.exe- Application Error
The instruction at "0x7c9369aa" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The
memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Neither seems to make one whit of difference.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
bill

Every 10 seconds get a prompt stating it can't "read" the memory. What do I
do? Am given a choice of terminate program or fix "bug". Neither work,
though after 100 terminates the problem goes away until I restart.

Also since asking IE7 is malfunctioning... Can only run without Add-ons.
Can't accept the new security update.

Am running Windows XP, am Administrator.
