Welcome screen does not work properly
Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry
The welcome screen only comes up on restarts, when logging in after the
screen saver has started my computer reverts back to the old windows login
instead of the icon based welcome screen. I had a previous problem with fast
user switching that was solved by nass and John (MVP), so I am hoping I can
get this problem fixed as well.
