Need more specifics! First, if you indeed have System Restore turned on,
are there any Restore Points showing?? Try to revert to an earlier time and
see how many points it has saved. If none, then it's not turned on. If you
have several past points saved, and you can't use them, then............??
Then you really have a problem I can't deal with -- it's never happened to
me. Good luck.
Do you happen to have Norton Anti-Virus, Internet Security or 360?
