If you have IE7 installed you can also use these simple commands.

Works with IE7, XP and Vista

To use these commands, just run them from the command line, the start menu
search box in
vista, or a batch file.

Temporary Internet Files
RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 8

Cookies
RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 2

History
RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 1

Form Data
RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 16

Passwords
RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 32

Delete All
RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 255

Delete All - "Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons"
RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 4351

When you view the TIF folder in explorer, it shows the consolidated view
of files in each sub-folder inside the CONTENT.IE5 folder (this folder is
hidden).

To see all the files within the TIF folder, type DIR /A /S from the
Command Prompt window.

Hello,

When I point Windows Explorer at the TIF folder, all manner of things
are shown -- cookies, GIFs, JPEGs, you name it. When I open a command
processor in the same folder, all it shows is 1 file (desktop.ini) and
2 folders (AntiPhishing and Content.Outlook). Can someone *please*
explain this discrepancy, so that I can write a batch file to delete
all the accumulated junk in TIF.
