I have something that keeps popping up everytime one of us log in. It keeps
saying Sonic activation module and then windows installer pops up and it says
preparing to install......i try to click the cancel button and or the Red X
to get rid of it and it keeps coming back OVER AND OVER. Sometimes it takes
20 or more clicks to cancel it and I cant even log off until it disappears.
I don't know where it came from or how to get rid of it. It seems more
agressive on the weekends. Is this a type of virus or something?? I have
Norton 360, I don't have any programs I can delete that are related to this.
If I go to the Task manager where it says its running and I click on END
TASK, it just says the program cannot end because it is waiting on a respose
from me. I don't have a disk to insert which it also asks for. Please help me
figure out HOW to get rid of this. It is very frustrating. I have tried
everythign I can think of. Thanks

.
