Hi Dan,

The Shift Key is stuck. Excercise the Shift Keys. Try holding down the
Ctrl Key when pressing the Shift Keys.

when i press the shift key to capitaliZe, etc., instead i get the letter Z
[left shift] or Q [right shift]. all other keys work properly. running
