user32.dll,rundll32.exe and shell32.dll errors

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

okay here's the problem. Yesterday I installed new drivers for my graphics
card and it messed up with errors when trying to play games, so I
uninstalled it and put the previous one back in, okay playing games fine
now, but then I went to change a screensaver and the screensaver tab gave me
a user32.dll in the appname rundll32.exe and then the rundll32.exe in the
ntdll.

I went into the control panel and clicked on display and got this error
exception occured shell32.dll desk.cpl display.

I tried to search on google and have found my same questions but no one
answers them. I also tried running SFC and Dial-a-fix. Using system
restore won't help becasue I cleared out old points and created a new one
but it had the error in it, I didn't see error until after I cleaned out the
older restore points.

What can I do? I am still searching google but I need input here, thanks

Attached are 2 of the errors I got from the event viewer.
