Hi Jack,
Do you have the external Hard Drive, partitioned? You may have a too
large of a partition or Hard Drive for the BIOS to handle.

Hi,
XP won't boot with 1 Tb external Western Digital HDD plugged in (USB).
Boot stops at the beginning of BIOS checkup.
[While unplugged, all is OK]
Any ideas ?
Thanks in advance.
Jack
