If I could just ask a question, I'll let David follow up. But I'm curious!
Can I ask why you have multiple accounts? (NNTP servers).
You technically only need one, your ISP. If they don't carry all of msnews.microsoft.com groups then you can make a 2nd for that reason.
But 2 tops.
I take it you have more than 2?

Right let's stick to the issue.
Maybe I re-summarize. In my OE I setup a few newsgroups. I mean, a few NNTP servers.
Some of them, I can only view, I cannot post, if I post, I get failure notice and my message stays in Outbox.
Some of them, I can post or reply, I see what I write in a few seconds or if I refresh. This is what I expected for MS NNTP as well.
Then the MS ones. I subscribed several newsgroups and in none of them I can post or reply, but my messages go to Sent box and I get no error. They just don't appear.
I want to diagnostic why my posts to MS NNTP vanish.

To answer David, at the same time I have some other newsgroup, in same OE,You say "other newsgroup", is this using the same NNTP server or did you mean "another NNTP server" ?
that I can
post or reply, with the same fake email address. So I guess it should not be
the ISP issue.

.It could be your fake address. Some ISPs will not accept any outgoing mail

properly.
Try re-doing your fake address so that domain name is correct and only your user
name is fake.
Also, make sure that you have a correct e-mail address and password in the
property settings in your MAIL account. Do you have any problems sending or
receiving in the mail account? Don't forget that it's your ISP that's sending
out newsgroup messages, so the MAIL settings have to be correct.

No. It first appears in Outbox, then in 1-2 seconds goes to Sent box. But I
never see it appear in newgroup thenafter. I tried many times on different
msnews.microsoft.com newsgroups. I do have other non-microsoft newsgroup in
which I cannot post, but for that newsgroup message stays in Outbox and I get
failure notice. For this microsoft one, I never get failure but it just
doesn't appear. I can only do it on web.
Does it have anything to do with login? Because I use a fake email in OE.

Yes, I do use msnews.microsoft.com as a server.
When I 'reply group', or when I post a new message, the compose screen
comes
up and it has a news group in the 'To:' box.
Thanks.

You are probably clicking "Reply" instead of "Reply Group". Reply sends
it
email.

I mean, in OE, it seems I have posted, message I write goes to Sent
box,
there is no error. But it just doesn't appear even after one day.

up. Does it have a news group in the "To:" box?
The only other thing I can suggest is that you use msnews.microsoft.com
as a server and not your provider. Your ISP may have an update problem.
You need no login / password for msnews.
