Thanks tons. I had to kill the process about 6 times I had attempted to
download some Photoshop stuff and had it hung up. It looks like it
originally hung up on an aborted download fior my security suite. Thanks
again for your help.

I can't install tghe cleanup utility because i hace another installation in
process. The error is: " Error 1500. Another installation is in
progress.
You must complete that installation before continuing this one."

I'm running xp and just recently I have started getting a message when

progress .
It says to complete it and retry. I can not find anything else
running.
