Re: Antivirus pop up

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

According to Aliant its an anti virus application, not spyware, the other
included items are immaterial.

As previously stated your PC is infected with malaware / trojans

| Your PC is infected with spyware / malaware, which is not the same or
| detected by anti virus apps.
| You say you have AV from your ISP, but is this installed on your PC or
is
it
| only AV on your mail?

| Download update & run all of these;
| MS Defender (from MS)
| SpyBot
| Adaware
| All are free

These so-called "service" anti-virus security softwares are in my
opinion bogus! The is no software that can protect you 100%. You
still should install and run the mentioned spyware removal tools since
spywares/malwars are not in the same category as viruses and those
security system may not protect you from these.

Better safe than sorry!
