On startup I receive error message 0xc0150002 which states I need SP1A
reinstalled on my PC. When I try to find SP1a, I find that it is no longer

Hold down the Windows key and press Pause | Break. On the resulting
screen, the service pack level of your operating system is reported.
It should be SP3, which came out a couple of weeks ago, but if you
don't have that, you should at least have SP2, which came out in
August 2004.
If you have SP2 or SP3, you already have, and don't need, SP1a.
When I check for updates (using Microsoft), I am
told that my system is current. I do not know now to correct the error
message. Can anyone help?
First tell us what SP level you are at.
Should I just reinstall Photoshop Elements?
Is it Elements that's giving you the error message?
